Always stay on top of things and be fully informed about all current and upcoming tasks — completely paperless. The dashboard of the mobile app serves as the technicians’ communication hub.

Task Lists

Task lists with all necessary information are available for completing daily work. The lists can be sorted and filtered by important data. Each entry can be edited individually, marked as completed, or postponed for later processing.

Status Messages

The status of orders and related activities is entered directly on the mobile device and thus reported back to the administration in real time. This ensures that communication is clearly defined within the processes. Additional communication channels such as phone or email are no longer necessary. Additional information can also be entered directly in the app for each order.

Materials and Services

Each technician records all materials used and all services provided on-site in the data center via the mobile app. As a result, the most important billing data is already available to the administration as soon as the work is reported as completed.

Offline Mode

The mobile app can be used fully offline, i.e., without a direct data connection. Communication with the administration takes place as soon as a connection becomes available. Status messages and new job data are then transferred to or from the mobile device.

Recording material taken from the warehouse is quick and easy in the mobile app. All that is required is to scan the barcode of the item.

Technicians can record any material they take from the warehouse directly in the mobile app. Barcodes of the items can also be scanned using the app.

Labeling

For labeling cables with custom identifiers, the mobile app includes a printing function. Labels can be printed on common mobile label printers and attached directly to the cables.

Inventory

With the mobile label printing solution, you can record all devices on-site and label them immediately. All components receive a unique identifier, which is also printed as a DataMatrix barcode on the labels. These barcodes can be scanned at any time to look up device information.

Using the inventory app, any already installed device as well as all new devices can be assigned an identifier and registered directly on-site. The app includes a printing function, including the creation of a 2D DataMatrix barcode.

Updating

You can record all changes to racks or devices directly in the inventory app. Whether installing, removing, or modifying devices or components — all important data can be updated in the inventory app. This ensures that the data center’s inventory information remains centrally stored and always up to date.

Queries and Searches

Technicians can query rack and device data within the inventory app and load important device information and parameters onto their mobile device. The barcode scanning function also provides a quick way to query or search for device information.
